Came here on a Saturday evening with 3 other friends! We went in April when they were doing their $15 lobster roll deal - you can either get the lobster roll warm or cold. We all opted for warm lobster rolls, which had generous amounts of lobster. We also shared the squid, which was a good appetizer! I would definitely come back to try their other seafood dishes. The staff was friendly and the ambience was cozy! Though they use a traditional paper waitlist, which means you have to stand near the restaurant and wait for your name to get called - I think they should move towards a Yelp Waitlist so people can walk around while they wait. We waited for ~1 hour for dinner, which was on the lower end of wait times. Nevertheless, I will be back soon!

Two words: Lobsta' Rollll! One of my favorite restaurants in SF! Largely because of their delicious lobster roll! Get the large one ($39)- chilled with mayo. It is served with perfectly buttery and toasted bread and is truly heavenly! The ahi tuna tostadas ($16) are also a 'can't miss' in my opinion! It is on their specials menu. The perfect appetizer- two crispy tostadas with fresh ahi, a pico like salsa, and an oil- maybe sesame seed oil? Baptize them with slice of lime and you're set! The tostadas are a perfect lighter option and a refreshing mix of flavors and textures! Salivating just thinking about them! The restaurant itself is located on a pleasant bustling section of Fillmore. Great casual and authentic "fish house" atmosphere- warm and welcoming. Love the decor and huge street front windows. Fairly small dining space but it adds to the character of the place. Always have received great friendly and fast service here!

When you find yourself in San Francisco next, make sure you find time to head to Woodhouse Fish Co. Let's start with the warm greeting, making you feel appreciated and welcome. The service is top notch, and the food is so absolutely fresh and delicious. Must try the sardines, and the crab cakes were simply delicious. The decor is the perfect amount of nautical, and classic clean design. Walk-in is the only way, and Jennifer is a delightful person.

We came here on Tuesday for the $1.25 oyster deal. The oysters they served for this special were Canadian royal miyagi oysters. They were delicious!!! The oysters tastes fresh, buttery, and slightly sweet. The service was fantastic and we had a great dinner. We also enjoyed the squid ink pasta (add lemon!) and clam chowder. The restaurant itself is quite small and there is only one bathroom stall.
